Free Trial Giveaway

Most of the target ICPs are a part of HR communities constantly exploring tools and platforms that would impact employee engagement in a remote work environment.

Target platform: Slack, Facebook, and LinkedIn groups

30-day free trial of the platform will be provided to the ICP showing interest in exploring Fundoo Friday.


Referral Design

User Story

  1. HR signs up to the platform
  2. HR gets onboarded by the automated onboarding flow
  3. HR plays a single-player game
  4. HR plays a multiplayer game with the employees
  5. HR gives a 4-star or above rating on the gaming experience
  6. HR keeps using the platform to schedule and let employees play games

Referral Discovery

The referral program will be implemented on the homepage screen post a multiplayer game has been completed with the employees and the host rates the gaming experience with at least 4 stars.

Motivation

The platform currencies for Fundoo Friday would be - Money & Access.

Platform Currency

FF coin is the platform currency for Fundoo Friday.

Context

FF coins can be used to redeem skins, characters, and schedule tournaments. The number of tournaments and multiplayer games an organization could schedule will be limited and will have to use the accumulated FF coins to gain access to scheduling more tournaments.

Incentive Breakdown

For the referrer

First Referral - 1000 FF coins Second Referral - 2000 FF coins Third Referral - 4000 FF coins Fourth Referral - 6000 FF coins Fifth Referral - 10000 FF coins

An additional 10 FF coins will also be awarded for every employee being onboarded by the referee.

Upon referring and onboarding at least a total of 1000 employees, the referrer can redeem the FF coins to avail a discount on their subscription plan.

For the referee

Upon successful sign-up - 500 FF coins

Upon onboarding employees - 100 FF coins/employee onboarded

Referral Sharing Mechanism

The referral screen will comprise of

  • A shareable link (copy-paste)
  • Email integration (Gmail & Outlook)
  • WhatsApp integration
  • LinkedIn integration

Referral Tracking Dashboard

We’ll be developing a referral-tracking dashboard with the following metrics:

  • Number of referral links sent
  • Number of referral links clicked
  • Number of referees signed up
  • Number of employees onboarded by each referee

The automated onboarding flow will ensure that the newly added users get activated


LinkedIn Outreach

LinkedIn Outreach has worked well so far to acquire new companies to try out Fundoo Friday.

Based on user testing interviews, the following filters have been chosen to reach out to the ICP:

  1. Designation: HR Lead, HR Manager, CHRO
  2. Size of the company: 100 - 1000
  3. Degree: 2nd and 3rd level connections
  4. Location: India, USA

Frequency: 50 new profiles/day
